Although there is no actual year printed inside, this collection appears to have been produced when these songs were popular; the title being "NEW Beatle Guitar Hits" and the price printed on the cover is just $1.25!!!  It really MUST be an oldie! CONDITION:  This item definately shows it's age, the cover is no longer intact, some of the pages are loose but all are included.  Check out the photos - there is some discolouration from age and there are a few pen markings on one or two pages and stamp marks.  Still, this will be a neat item to own if you're a Beatles fan or music collector...you could even pick up your guitar and learn a few Beatles tunes too!!
