Heberlein A fine old Markneukirchen violin by FL Heberlein. The violin is an original Markneukirchen instrument made by F.L. Heberlein in 1944. The violin is guaranteed authentic. The instrument is originally labelled and branded inside. The length of back is 35,7 cm, the size is a fullsize. The violin is in perfect condition - it is completely undamaged (no cracks, no repairs) and is in full and immediate playing condition. The violin is a fine handmade masterpiece in top condition. The woods are of the finest selection: the top is made of fine grained spruce, the one piece back of attractive maple. The varnish is a rich and soft oil varnish, all original and of an intense bright orange color that is very typical for Markneukirchen instruments of that period. The varnish is in great condition. The fine inlaid purfling and the delicate soundholes are neatly made and show high grade workmanship.  The violin is accompanied by an appraisal of 2001 for a value of DM 4.000 (corresponding to a value of around $4.000 today).       No risk.
