There would be no reason to buy a new one over this. I have played this piano and have found it to perform as new. Hammers show little or no wear. The bass is strong with a good sustain. From 1 to 10 I would rate the pianos "brightness" at a 6. Tuning pins are up to manufacturers spec as all othe aspects of the instrument.      Finish is perfect with no nicks , chips or dents.
