We bought this instrument directly from the Netherlands brand new. Saxophone is good condition. Lettering and design is clear and sharp. Included with Saxophone is the mouth piece and cap, black shoulder strap, and black hard-shell Yamaha case. The body has no visible dents; there is a very small unnoticeable dent on the bottom of the bell.  The pads look good they are a light brown color with darker circle on the center. All are in good condition.
