Valve compression is excellent.  The original Yamaha suitcase is in superb condition.  Yamaha French Horns are some of the best horns on the market along with Conn and Holton.  Yamaha instruments are recommended by music teachers and band directors throughout the U.S.    The notes are well centered with an excellent high register.  My daughter used the horn into High School.  Please email me with any questions.
