I do not know very much about this piece so if you have any other questions I will answer them as best as I can.  I am guessing that it has to be about 40-60 years old and is a nice decorative piece that actually works fine. I will ship anywhere in the world but you the buyer are responsible for the shippping cost.  I will have to adjust your invoice if this applies to you after the auction ends.
