My own guitars range in price from $1,000 to $2,700 dollars and when I practice they are laid to rest on a black tubing stand with rubber bumpers on it. The stand which I believe I paid 20 dollars for is made in Malaysia; no doubt by some poor soul. Why I ask you are my beautiful wooden instruments sitting on this trash and why did I buy it? The answer is simple, there was nothing else available. Hence the creation of these stands.   The woods used in making them are the finest available on the planet. As I progress in this venture I will attempt to introduce more exotic wood witch I hope will be to your liking. There are slight variations in all of the stands as they are hand crafted and the woods appearance may vary. I can proudly say that you can now own a stand that you can leave anywhere in your home as you would a fine piece of furniture. Due to the many shapes and dimensions of acoustic guitars including the curvature of the instruments back. Please do not frustrate yourself with the guitar making contact with all 4 points on the stand every time you put it down. Just place it in the stand and walk away...This is why all the metal stands are made 3 point with a neck cradle and 2 bottom rests.
