These banjos are already legendary, and considerably exceed the tone and construction of the arguably great vintage goldstar GF100's of the 70's and early 80's The tone was so powerful with a frosted remo head, that my cat spontaneously expired in front of me, my house came loose off it's foundation, and mama's heart began beating at an alarming rate, and she began speaking in tongues. Accordingly, I removed the head and replaced it with a killer, original 1926 Rogers skin head that came off of one of my old Granadas. The head was signed my the more important members of the fraternity where the banjo lived for a while in the late 20's. check out some of the names.
