WWII BRITISH / BRITIAN MILITARY BUGLE **WoW** Start Price USD 34.99 Current Price USD 34.99 Time Left - Bid Count 2 Buy It Now Price - Reserve Price - Start Time Sunday, October 05, 2008 End Time Sunday, October 12, 2008 Location Delaware See more about 'WWII BRITISH / BRITIAN MILITARY BUGLE **WoW**' Description WWII British Bugle in Very Good Condition ~ especially for a battle used item of its age.  There are only a couple of dings (nothing major) ~ which is to be expected with such items.  It is a very pretty & shiney bugle.  I have made no attempt to do any cleaning on it.  Stamped into the removeable mouthpiece is: LONDON & another word that I can't make out the first letter of: OTTER (maybe POTTER?).  The silver "plaque" that is attached to the top of the bugle has a Sphinx at the top top & reads EGYPT  GLOUCESTERSHIRE.  This "plaque" is very nicely engraved.  The wrap around the handle w/ tassels is not original to this piece, but looks very nice on it & is probably quite similiar to what was on it when it was being used.  This bugle has a loud voice (my husband was able to get it to sound / I was not).  Please feel free to email any questions.  Thanks for Looking & Happy Bidding !!
