The wood looks to be in good condition, with possibly some areas of the wood grain opening a little (not cracks). The keys/rods are tarnished and could use a good polishing to restore the shine.  The bell does have a few dents on the bottom and shows wear in spots.  The neck has a small dent and some dings as well.  The case is in rough shape (the interior is pretty shot), but will protect the horn during shipping.  No mouthpiece is included.Shipping charges are determined by the weight and size of the item and based on the destination.
