They will "DRY" up your sound for a fine recording, if you need to kill ambient room tone and the sounds of the room in general, if you have a very large space, echoey surfaces, and otherwise if you have a recording environment that isn't tight, dry and clear. THIS Booth is DOUBLE WALLED: With an Exterior wall, then designed with an "inner Air Pocket" space inwards, an insulation layer; and then an Interior Wall further lined with inside foam material for aborption, AND THEN interior acoustic foam to dry up any other sound.
