Has one drum head on - a Leedy and Ludwig transparent. One of the original metal rim clips is missing but I found a newer one that I'll put with it. There is also some extra hardware (for mounting?)  I don't see any cracks but there are scratches and dings on the wood. I don't know anything about drums so please ask if you have any questions. The second metal rim ring is with the drum, just not attached, of course but I don't know if there is supposed to be another band (one that would look like the yellow, light colored band on the other side of the drum.)
