I can not determine age since could not find a serial number on it, however it looks like 30's to me. I am not an expert on this kind of items and will try to describe it to my best. This trombone has some minor dings on body and bell exterior, and they are really very small. Slide seems to work nice and freely. On some parts of body there is a number "14", but I don't think it is a serial number, however there are no more numbers or letters on it. This trombone is very light, I don't know exactly what material is it made of. There is a valve or key in slide that seems to work good. Mothpiece reads "FRANK HOLTON, CHICAGO, 40.
