The name on the bell is Georgi and Vitak.  Otto Georgi and Louis Vitak. They  had a music store in Chicago until 1925. They imported and sold a lot of  Cerveny Brass Instuments during that time. The marking on the bell are the only markings I can find expcet for the numbers on the valves. which are 40,41,42,. The bell is 7 1/4 inchs wide. It is about 40 inchs long. It is in very good condition for its age. Still has a lost of shine to it. It is almost ding free. You have to look close to find one. It does have a spot that needs to be fixed as you can see by the phoot's. All three valves work and three of the slides work. All I know is what I research.
