This is an incredible playing mouthpiece, the facing tip ands rails are in excellent original condition as is the original rodium plate. Mouthpiece is very used, (plays like a dream, i'm professional musician in Rome, and this is one of the best mouthpiece ever played) and the bite plate has teeth scratches but is in good plaing conditions. This is very reed friendly and plays with an unbelievably fat and full sound from low lush subtones to screaming altissimo notes.  Mouthpiece only, no ligature or cap.
