BOTH THE NECK AND BODY ARE SPECTACULAR, AND THE PICKUPS ARE 69'S AND SOUND AMAZING The body dates back to 1959-1960 given the screw configuration, and the already present "shoulder" on the control cavity It is wonderfully refinished in sonic blue, and has been reliced by the years. THE NAIL HOLES AND TOOLING MARKS HAVE BEEN PRESERVED My own opinion is this guitar originally was a sonic blue that was either oversprayed or refinned The pickups are a hand picked sensational set of 1969 all original icnl original windings and measure nicely. Some of the wires were spliced because wires were too short. Neck plate is in nice shape and is in the 20000 range, putting around late 57. The neck is an A WONDERFUL and ORIGINAL 1957 - yes - it has an awesome v profile, not too chunky -  someone did try to remove some gunk from it and along the way went the neck date too but there are no extra holes, not under the tuners, not by the string tree holder, it is a refret but otherwise a very nice 57 neck that won't break the pocket The neck has some overspray in the back It has a perfect and non invasive refret logos blacklight correctly   It has been refretted and I just had the frets dressed so it plays like a champ. IT IS PROFESSIONALLY SET UP AND SOUNDS AND PLAYS INCREDIBLE THE  POTS AND 3 WAY SWITCH ARE NEWER THE PLASTIC KNOBS AND PICKGUARD ALSO NEWER PICKUP COVERS ARE ORIGINAL THE REST OF THE HARDWARE IS ORIGINAL INCLUDING TREMOLO BLOCK, BRIDGE, SADDLES, PLATE AND SCREWS, AND TUNERS!!
