It measures just under 16 inches across and about 13 inches high.  Its in very good shape considering the age which appears to be from the 1960's or 1970's If you want a huge snare sound for a big rock set you could use it or you could also convert it into a tom to complete your white pearl set perhaps.  I am a guitar player NOT a drummer so please do your own research on this, I have told you about all I know about it.
