Sound Quality : 10 i use to many things to mention and it's not important for the reviewing the sound quality of an unit. this thing is a little wonder! with the eh small stone these are best little phaser i've heard in my life. you can obtain a very deep swoosh phase with this micropedal and has more tonal possibilities than my beloved smallstone. altough they all sound good, this one il less hum and is more clean but is a trip-synth phaser like the stone. peak control is for the amount of effect in the signal and it goes from 0 till 6 but at only 2 is very present not like the crappy boss or ibanez. i think is much powerful and good quality than the mxr and maxon. this thing really warm your tone without getting muddy! a miracle? i don't know but for sure is the best sounding phase i ever owned, and i've got 6 phaser (tc VII, ibanez phase tone pt 909, maxon phaser tone, 2 electro harmonix small stone, mxr phase 90: all vintage units. i'm waiting for a vintage dod 201..) i'm a phaser maniac since i started playing almost 20 years ago... this thing really rocks and you can use for everything: rock, funky, space, trance, dance...everything you want as is the most camaleontic phase that exist. the cool external speed output let you to use with a volume pedal and finally control the speed with the foot! an absolute dream come true..i can easily obtain joe walsh, peter frampton and all the things i want. increasing or decreasing the peak knob i can obtain a light present phase to a big powerful synth like swoosh. i use it with a pod and with several kind of amps, tube, transistor, stack, combo, it always sound good and and perfect silent true bypass switch don't suck your tone. what the hell you want more?? Reliability : No Opinion yes i can depend because this is the best, no way. and i think it's pretty rare.
