Tiny lettering on front lower left by power cord reads "Peterson Electro-Musical Products Worth, Illinois 60482". Overall very good-to-excellent cosmetic uncleaned original "pre-owned" USED condition. Although I don't know how to actually use it or "test" it, I plugged it in, and light lit up and motor runs smoothly. PIX SHOULD GIVE BETTER VISUAL DESCRIPTION. There is also a photo copied instruction booklet/manual for the Model 400 Peterson Strobe Tuner, which we're including...I assume the instructions for model 400 (booklet) and model 420 would be the same or very similar. Again, unsure about actual working condition ~ I have no way of testing it, nor would I know how to ~ seems to be in good working order when plugged in (again, light lights up & motor runs smoothly). Clear red plastic gauge cover intact w/NO cracks, and attached cord & plug, looks good to me, but I know nothing about this sort of thing ~ selling "AS IS As Found" for super low starting bid & no reserve. There are no other parts or accessories with this (no tuning forks, etc), and you will receive exactly what's pictured. Total unit (case) measures 10-3/8" wide across front by 5-3/8" by almost 9-1/2" high (height including 4 "feet" and carrying handle). Overall cosmetic appearance very good-to-excellent; ALL knobs & switches turn off/on and move smoothly, and only minimal surface scratch marks visible on unit. Case has some VERY LIGHT surface scuffs & scrapes/rubs, as seen in pix, and BOTH latches are secure w/NO rust. Any color variation, distortion or other spots not mentioned are from camera flash glare.
