In the early 1950s Otto Link moved their mouthpiece business to Pompano Beach Florida. The model you are presently viewing is from the Pomapno Beach Florida era. The model has the tip openning #9 written on the right side of the table on the body of the mouthpiece right above the shank. During the 1960s Otto Link began writing USA on their shanks opposite side of the Super Tone Master. This baby has the USA written opposite side of the Super Tone Master on the shank. Therefore this model was produce during the 1960s or early 1970s. The tip and rails are in very nice condition with the exception of a very small indentation in the tip which doesnt effect the playability of the piece. The tip and rails are in original form. This baby also has a nice step roll over baffle. The piece comes with the original cap and ligature. The orignal ligature on this baby has the letter T engraved on the top of the screw. This baby also comes in the original box which reads " 121 SO. West 5th Street Pompano Beach Florida." Place a Bid!
