It was part of a Dynasonic snare drum (14 inch) that I bought long ago, probably some time between 1973 and 1975 (best guess). I had installed in a Ludwig snare drum that I liked better than the Dynasonic, where it stayed up until recently when the drums were brought down from the attic for my son. He pulled it off and now it's up for auction.   The frame could use some cleaning but it does not have any issues other to be concerned about. The snare hold down screws have a little rust but can be cleaned up or easily replaced. The tensioning assembly works fine although the spring is a little rusty but not all that bad.   This is certainly a great piece for a Dynasonic restoration job.         Payment method is Paypal only.
