The motors work fine, the speeds change properly, the main belt is in good shape and the rubber on the contact wheel is also fine.  I have lubed the motors and checked all functions.  They made mechanical things well in the 60's, which last almost forever. It includes the original 8-inch driver which is in very good condition for its age, but I could include a more recent coaxial 8-inch speaker which provides more highs. For a keyboard player with some carpentry skills, you could build an enclosure to house the assembly and provide some extra volume for the speaker enclosure portion.  Add a beefy 8-inch full-range driver and you would have a great cabinet for stage use, yeilding that classic tone without hauling the large Leslie cabinet around. By the way, you get the original carton just for grins.  I'd hate to have to throw that part of this treasure out. I assure you these items would be very nicely packaged for shipping.....it would be two cartons. Place a Bid!
