Description
1971 Gibson SG-100 Vintage Made in USA Gibson Quality Plays great, looks great! Vintage Gibson SG for a Great Price! I am selling my 1971 Gibson USA SG 100 Electric Guitar. The guitar is 100% original and plays like a dream. This vintage SG has an amazing sounding pickup that is actual very versitile for a single pickup guitar. I used it to play Jazz, blues and Gospel, but I can open it up with a tube amp (my favorite is my 1959 Gibson GA-40 tube amp) and it breaks up nicely! This guitar has been played and has some dings and zings, but all in all is in excellent, original condition. No breaks, damage or repairs. Very low, buzz free, comfortable action set up to play easy and intonates well. The guitar has been professionally set up to play comfortably with D'Addario 9's and stays in tune thanks to the vintage Gibson tuners! You are going to feel like you are playing a trusty favorite the very first time you strum the six strings. Everything is original (as far as I know and can tell) and works well. The truss rod is in perfect working order! Stays in tune! Just a nice all around vintage guitar, that I am a little sad to get rid of, but I just don't use it as much as I would like. I hope she finds a nice home :) Vintage Hard Case included with the guitar, and I will pack incredibly well- see my feedback for evidence. Shipping may seem on the high side, but it includes insurance for $1200. I ship FED EX ground and will insure for full selling price. Lower 48 States and Canada Only. I have excellent feedback and plan to keep it that way, so no worries! According to Gibson Records: This guitar was made at the Kalamazoo or Nashville Plant , USA approximately in: 1970, 1971 or 1972 Nice vintage case, I was told ny the original owner that the case was bought with the guitar in 1971. Technically it is an original case.
