This is a RARE, hard to find songbook. The others that I have found have all been around $100 or more! This is a STEAL! This songbook is in GREAT condition! All of our songbooks are in USED but GOOD condition. Some of them may have some writing in them from the previous owner, however none of the writing interferes with reading the music and most is done in pencil and could be erased.
