It comes with what I belive is the original hard case, a Silver colored Vincent Bach Corporation # 7C mouth piece and the music holder clip that you see pictured. The trumpet does have scratches, nicks and some dents, it is not mint. I do not play brass instruments and can not tell you if this one works correctly or not, but my wife threatened to throw it in the garbage if I didn't quit making "that racket". As far as I know, everything on the trumpet works correctly. The Finger buttons on the top all seem to go up and down like they are supposed to, but the one that falls under the right hand ring finger "sticks" intermittently. The hardcase itself is in good overall shape, but the lining has loosened and flops near the right hand case latch. The pictures displayed make this trumpett appear to be shinier than it really is, I believe that it will take a lot of elbow grease to "make it shine like new". Payment: I prefer PayPal for payment. I also accept payment using credit cards that PayPal will accept as a terminal service to make payments. Payment is expected within seven days of the auction close or within seven days of when I send the invoice through the contact the seller link (whichever date is later). If I have not received payment (or at least been contacted by the eBay contact the seller link) by fourteen days after the auction closes I will cancel the bid and leave negative feed back. Shipping:  I ship both domestically and internationally. I charge a handling fee of $8.50 in addition to the actual shipping charge. The handling fee is automatically calculated in combination with the shipping charge by the shipping calculator installed in this auction description. International shipping for this auction is at a calculated rate using the United States Postal Service's Priority Mail International only. The same handling fee that is charged for domestic mail applies to the shipping charge for Priority Mail International plus the purchase price. Returns and refunds: If the Selmar Trumpet is damaged during shipping, you must first attempt to obtain your refund or payment for damaged property using the shipping agent's policy and procedures. If the shipping agent declines the claim, you must obtain documentation that the shipping agent declined your claim and include it with the return package shipped to me. Failure to obtain the documentation from the shipping agent will result in a partial refund for the purchase price of the Bach Trumpt returned and you will NOT get a refund of the shipping and handling charges. If you are returning the Bundy Trmpet for any other reason I will give you a Full Refund (purchase price, handling charge and shipping price) only if you return the item or items shipped to you in the same condition that they were shipped to you in (as described in the auction description). The cost of all return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer AND WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED BY ME. I am not responsible for returned items that do not arrive at my address and will not issue a refund for items I do not receive.
