TIPS FOR GETTING COOL SOUNDS FROM YOUR SMOKEY Distorted Vocals- Sing through a Smokey "Transforming" DJ effect- Move amp near active pickup for squeals. Try it while switching pickups and/or turning tone & Volume knobs Reverb- Put the amp in the bottom of a 5 gallon paint bucket (empty) and play. Univibe/leslie- (Mild) Hold the amp upright, by the cord. rotate the amp around the cord with your finger. (Wild) Plug in a cord and swing the amp in a circle while you (or someone else) plays. Be careful! It’s all fun and games until someone loses an eye. Wah pedal- Put the thing on the floor and move your foot over it while you play. Talk Box- Put the speaker up to your mouth and mouth words while you play. E-BOW- Attach the Smokey amp to your headstock. Also works to use the plastic version as a slide. Infinite sustain.
