The drum was made by Paul Mason of  Tempus Drum Co. in Canada. I own several sets and snare drums from Tempus/ Milestone drum company and I think Paul Mason is one of the finest drum builders on the planet. The drum is in excellent condition. It was built with New Slingerland Streamlined Lugs, Chrome Over Brass Hoops, Ludwig P=85 Strainer, Ludwig P-32 Butt. The finish is a Steel Blue Matallic and is "not a wrap".  Paul incorporates the finish into the drum shell while it is being built.
