I used it for a few years in school band so there some tiny scratches but I was very careful with it. I could only find one dent on it and it's a minor one on the tuning slide. The hard case is included and is in overall good condition. The slide action is still smooth but I couldn't find any slide oil to include. It can be purchased cheap at pretty much any music store.
