I have a Swart Atomic Space Tone that I play exclusively at the small and medium size venues where I work, and I really love that amp and how it makes my guitar and me sound. I had hoped to be able to use this amp, but I really don’t play the "arena size" venues where an amp like this deserves to be used and ‘stretched out" as it were, so I am offering it for sale, as I am now retired and need to thin out the collection of a few amps and guitars. I bought this from a musician locally last winter and have played it for a total of not more than 2 hours in my music room, he had pretty much done the same when he owned it. Those of you looking at this more than likely have been to the Swart web page and are aware of the reputation, quality, and dependability of the Swart brand, the glowing reviews, and that players from Jeff Tweedy of Wilco, John Flansberg of They Might Be Giants, and many other notable players use Swart Amps. The only issue is seen in the next two photos where the tweed around the oval port from which the tubes are visible shows some rough edge, it appears that perhaps the tweed was not trimmed or seated as well as it could have been. Also the thin rubber pad on the bottom of the foot switch is getting loose, (seen in the third photo below) it came entirely off on the foot switch for my Atomic Space Tone, but I don't believe these are made by Swart. I will throw in the velcro tie that you see in the second photo of the back of the amp that is on the power cord (what a guy), and I will include the 2 original boxes this was shipped in that are in my garage attic, hopefully the chipmunks have not moved in to them. At any rate, not much else to say, you won’t be disappointed with this one, as I said above, playing through one of these Swart Amps makes you sound better and in turn you feel better about your playing, so you bring yourself up an HNL (Whole ‘Nother Level) to coin a phrase of the great Tony Perrino, our recording engineer, producer, and B-3 player extrordinair.
