Very good condition. We have owned it for 30 years and played it regularly. My wife is a retired HS music teacher, is an accomplished pianist, and has given voice and piano lessons. She loves the feel and sound of this instrument. It has been tuned annually and humidified with a special piano humidifier (included). The piano was rebuilt prior to our purchase in 1978. The sound board is original and was reglued at that time. Some of the walnut veneers have peeled off on both sides of the keyboard. The peeling stopped when we installed the humidifier about 3 years ago. We are downsizing and won't have room for this beautiful instrument in our new home. Buyer responsible for all shipping costs.
