Description This is an AWESOME Selmer Super Balanced Action Tenor Saxophone. In my opinion, the Super Balanced Action is the best tenor Selmer ever made. To me, they just sound sweeter than the Mark VIs, but they still have the keywork that made Selmer famous. It appears to have been relacquered at some point, alas, but the engraving is still pretty sharp. Neck serial number (53958) matches the body-this is one of the very late SBAs that combines the best of the SBA and the early VIs.. I see no signs of major repair.
