LACQ' Description This is an AWESOME Selmer Super Balanced Action Tenor Saxophone. In my opinion, the Super Balanced Action is the best tenor Selmer ever made. To me, they just sound sweeter than the Mark VIs, but they still have the keywork that made Selmer famous. This one is a beautiful instrument. The lacquer is original, and maybe 50% remaining with wear from use. This horn has that look that evokes a history of smoky bars and renders instant street cred. Serial number matches the neck. There are no signs of major damage that I see, though it is missing the F# keyguard and the clothes guard. The pads and action are very crisp and tight, and this is a wonderfully playing horn as is.
