It has a hard Selmer case. There is no mouthpiece. It has normal wear from playing and a dent on the back (see pics). The service tech that checked it out had never played this model and all he could talk about was a Mark VI. When I came back to pick it up, his jaded attitude about the all powerful MarkVI had faded a bit. He was very surprised by the ease of play and the deep sweet sound.
