All Images are of the actual instrument you are bidding on This instrument was acquired from a local school system and we have totally overhauled it.  It plays like new!  The case is not original (It’s a Buffet Case) and there is a small ding and a couple of scratches on the bell, otherwise, the horn looks and plays great!  This instrument’s serial number is B5280.  After extensive research, we find that the Selmer company records aren’t very reliable on any product older than an ‘L’ series.  Best estimates place this instrument circa 1960. The Selmer Paris Privilege Model 65 Bass Clarinet features a .920" bore, grenadilla wood body, range to low Eb, articulated G#, Eb-Ab lever. It is a high level professional instrument with a rich tone, even scale and incredible projection. Comes with two necks, two mouthpieces (one is a Selmer C*, the other is a plastic LeBlanc), ligatures, caps, and carrying case.
