Description Here's a TERRIFIC Selmer K-Modified Balanced Action trumpet. The Selmer Balanced horns are a breed apart. Made to be balanced at the trumpet player's hands, one of these balanced instruments was used by the great Louis Armstrong. This one is a very rare balanced K-Modiefied mode-I've only seen one other of these. Most of the balanced trumepts are Grand Prix or Louis Armstrong Specials .This horn has a sweet sound that cannot be found in any other trumpet. This one is in very good condition. Lacqer is about 90% present and not original. There are two small patches on the leadpipe and bell, presumably to address worn spots from play. There are a few dings (see pics) but again, nothing difficult. Valves are very good and this horn plays great as is. Pics tell the rest of the story! Winning bidder to pay $35 shipping.
