To me, they sound just as sweet than the Mark VIs and Super Balanceds, and they still have the keywork that made Selmer famous. This one is a beautiful instrument. I suspect it is an old facotry relacquer, and was done right-no buffing, dark gold lacquer that has aged nicelt over time, and looks teriffic.
