There are ONLY 75 of these in existence that were signed by the creator of "Spiderman"  "Stan Lee". For the "EXTEREMLY AVID" Spiderman Collector I am sure you are well aware of this guitar and how few of them you see for sale anywhere! I purchased this guitar from the original owner who purchased it when they came out in 1999, in only a few select stores. This has been registered by him and Gibson has those records. I will be able to help the winning bidder with more information from him should it be necessary. I don't have all the publicity information that came out about these guitars. So I am going to let the pictures do the talking. The pick guard signed by Stan Lee is not on the guitar and will be shipped along with the guitar.
