Description
The ultimate Stelling dreadnought! Inlaid with the legendary Staghorn pattern that appears on the most recognized Stelling banjo, this guitar is an abalone shell-trimmed heirloom. Every edge and corner of the body, as well as the sides of the neck, are lined with ivoroid and abalone. A thin strip of abalone surrounds the neck joint, fingerboard extension, and rosette. Abalone also borders both sides of the end graft, and lines the heel cap. The peghead is bound and features the usual Staghorn inlays and a very fancy abalone shell truss rod cover. The SHS-145 is made of grade AA Brazillian rosewood and Adirondack spruce. This guitar, one of only two made and the only one left in the United States, would be a great addition to a music lovers collection.
