Description
A very rare tenor helicon in C, made by Couesnon. The number 36 appears in a small pineapple, I have been advised that this dates the horn to 1936. Nickel plated brass. Some denting, evidence of solder repairs, the main slide and #2 valve have been replaced with good fitting replacement pieces. The valves and slides are all free, the horn plays surprisingly well. The main body is about 22" in diameter with a 9 1/2" bell. Buyer pays fixed rate $40 shipping, if it should turn out to be less I'll refund the difference. Due to the size I don't think this will ship internationally. Payment by Paypal to be received within 10 days of auction end.
