I do not detect any cracks or repairs, there are various small marks from handling but nothing that I would call significant. The photos are high resolution images and they show the condition pretty well. The instrument sounds good and, unlike a lot of Ramirez guitars, it is very easy to play. The scale length is 25.25 inches, the fingerboard width at the nut is 2 1/8, at the 12th fret is 2 1/2". The string height at the nut is a bit over a tenth of an inch, at the 12th fret it is .2.
