This is a US 115V power model.  There are a couple of small nicks to the exterior of the case and I took a close up of the graphic on the top that says TR looks little faded but otherwise the printing is perfect and sharp.  The battery compartment cover is still here.  There is a picture below showing how the battery holder has a couple of inconsequential small cracks that don’t affect the functionality of the unit – in fact I had never even noticed them before I did this detailed inspection.  The battery compartment is clean as you can see in the picture below.  Also included is the power cord, a spiral bound copy of the users manual and a CDROM with the same manual but as a PDF file.  Please read the terms of the auction which are below and look at the pictures which are of the actual item itself.   This auction is for continental USA bidders only.
