There are 6 pieces in the lot.  I don't know much about them but I will describe as best that I can. Please ask any questions before bidding. They are all used and come from an estate. The small collection consists of 1 tenor recorder, 2 alto recorders, 1 soprano recoder, 1 old wooden fife and 1 metal fife. The Tenor recorder has one key and is unmarked and looks stained. It measures 25 3/8". There are no cracks. It will need a pad. The cork looks good but feels a little lose when together. The light colored alto recorder is very fancy wood and style. This is probably the best recorder that I've seen. It is marked but can't make it out. I think MK or MR. It is in good condition. Some wear to the mouth part from being played. It measures 18 5/8". The darker colored alto recorder is marked Purcell. It also has played tip and good condition except for bottom a little lose. Cork is all good.It measures 18 5/8". It has a canvas case. The soprano recorder is marked Nagel. It very interesting wood with a metal ring. It has a played tip and some dings. It looks older. It measures 13". The old wooden Fife has one key and metal rings. It is marked Nightingale and English made. It has some wear and will need a pad. It measures 14 3/4". The metal fife is old and shows wear. It is marked T. O'Connor, Naugatuck, Conn. It measures 17". The wood is and workmanship on the recorders is high grade. Please view all pictures for more detail.   This lot will be sold AS-IS, so please email me with any questions before bidding.
