I have had them in a road case since I have had them. They have been in a smoke free home. These tables have a ton of torque, even more than the famous 1200's. I am not a scratch DJ so these tables have not been abused. I mainly mix house music and these tables hold pitch very very well. You can also change the pitch from 0-100%, which is a very nice feature.
