The case measurements match that.The Celtic harp refers the overall shape and style of decoration.  The major difference in harps is if they have peddles (ours do not) and if they are wire or nylon string.  You should not put wire strings on a harp designed for nylon strings.  First the nylon strings are thicker - so the spacing of the strings is slightly wider, 1/2" on center.  Second, the wire strings add greater tension to the body of the harp.  If the harp is only engineered for nylon strings then the tension created by wire strings might damage the harp (it will void the warrantee). The difference between the single and double-pull sharpening levers is the single just lifts the harp string. The double actually lifts and holds the harp string in place.
