See more about ' New Jetslide Brass / Glass ' Description This is an all new version of the Jetslide.  Many of our customers have been asking for a glass version, so here it is!  This is a brass Jetslide with a piece of glass tubing (sliced in half) and glued onto the underside or playing surface of the bar.  The glass has a wall thickness of 1.5 mm and it increases the overall contact surface from 5/16" to about 7/16".  The increased surface area gives you a thicker tone.  It doesn't add much extra weight, (the weight is already in the brass bar) so it is still easy to control.  It has a very nice, clear glass sound.  The glass will hold up to normal playing but will break if the slide was dropped on a hard surface, in which case it can be carefully removed and you would still have a very useable metal slide.  The glass sleeve can be replaced and will be available & can be glued back on by the owner.  If you're already a Jetslide user, you're going to love this!   With the "Jetslide" guitar slide you are able to use all your playing fingers normally for chording and soloing. It is designed to be worn on the ring-finger.To use the slide you grab the tab with your pinky and apply it to the fretboard. Available in any ring size! Please send message with ring-size or finger measurement. A slightly snug fit is preferable to a loose, sloppy one. You can have your ring-size checked at a jewelry shop or wrap a string or thin strip of paper snugly around your ring finger,(right where you wear a ring) and measure where the ends meet and let us know the measurement. The ring size is slightly adjustable but it is best to get it as close as possible.The slide does not have to be turned or rotated out of the way, it simply hangs alongside your finger till you need it!
