It is constructed of  Aromatic Cedar,and features a Alder Wood birds. This makes this flute very special, but the tone is so sharp and crisp, it really sets this flute apart from the pack!    It is decorated with my special "Secret Garden' Motif for added beauty.    This Flute is made of some of the finest Aromatic Cedar I have found in a long, long time. I had all but given up on ever finding any great aromatic cedar ever again.   In years past there was a lumber supplier here in my town, but they went to where the money was in Phoenix. Recently though a new place opened up here and they were able to find a small supplier back in Kentucky, of all places and they had some really nice straight grained Aromatic Cedar, and they sent it to this new guy in town.When we broke into the bundle I was blown away at the quality of this wood....so I bought a whole bunch of it and after milling it,all I can say is WOW!!!
