Tuba was custom ordered in 1980. Magnificent sounding instrument. Takes lots of air and strength to play. Ball bearing type of linkage mechanism is excellent. Valves are tight. Ornate valve caps. Most of the lacquer is very good. There are the usual dents and the bell has a repaired crease. No repairs needed. Original case (with wheels) is included, but the exterior looks worn.
