Description
This is an auction for a very nice studio sized Mason & Hamlin piano. This piano needs nothing and would be a perfect piano for a a child that you wanted to start with the very best, or an advanced accomplished musician. This piano was hand built in one of the most advanced factories of the time, the same factory that built Chickering and Knabe. This is a mid 80's model piano. I bought the piano a short time ago and all it needed was some very minor finish repair and a fresh coat of lacquer on the case.. The inside of the piano was in extremelly nice clean condition and only needed some repairs to the hammers. I opted to not repair them, I installed a complete set of new German made Abbel hammers. I am a piano rebuilder, the hammers were installed and the piano was regulated and tuned to the utmost of standards. I will deliver this piano for free within 100 miles of Rome Ga., with in home final inspection and tuning. Nationwide delivery will be to any freight dock of your choice in your home town, the final delivery to your home is your responsability. I use a nationaly known piano transport co., it may take 3 to 4 weeks or so for them to get it your town, depending on their scheduling. The fully adjustable artist bench with leather top is included in the auction. Bid with confidence.. At auction close I only ask for a $500.00 Paypal binder to show sincerity, the balance can be paid c.o.d. on any delivery within the 100 miles.. For national shipment, the same $500.00 binder applies, then you will need to send me a check or United States Postal Service money order for the balance.
