The guitar is in absolute mint condition and has been kept in the case and maybe has about an hour of playing time on it. I play electric and rarely touch an acoustic so the guitar has seen no action. The sound is clear and awesome with plenty of volume. It's just too beautiful for me to risk damage so I have just kept it in the case. I am the original owner and purchased it from Rockit Music in Brea .
