The item is in good working condition. This auction includes: (1) Auto locate 3, (1) MRL 250nwb NAB/AES alignment tape, (1) JH-24 complete technical manual (not pictured), (6) Tuchel M connectors, (1) MCI JH-24 recorder. I bought this used a few years ago, but due to career changes I must let it go. It has been a very reliable recorder. The transport has been incredibly stable and all functions work as they should. Since this item is over 25 years old and used it is being sold as-is. When I received this recorder it had and still has some old tape adhesive residue on the left side of the cabinet that I couldn't remove (a sander would get it) as well as some corrosion on the outsides of the power supply cases. This is only cosmetic and on the outside of the case, the electronics inside are clean. There is a small cut in the "wood" of the center drawer for the audio electronics (again, only cosmetic). It is missing the blue and red caps for the channel 24 record-ready and record lights above the VU (the lights work fine). It needs new bulbs for the VU meters. I was considering putting new ones in it for the auction, but when I did that with a similar recorder a few years back, about a third of them didn't survive the trip to their new home. I have not had a head report done on the heads, but I can say that they show even wear over them.
